I would like to know how to manage port forwarding on the T25 Modem.

T25 is just a cable modem , it is just a plug and play device so there is no advanced configuration on the modem. Port forwarding can be setup only on the router interface so if you have router connected to the modem please do contact Router support team for port forwarding setup.
