Slow speed internet connection on T25

My T25 is supposed to accommodate up to 800 MBPS. Xfinity assures that they’re providing 1000 MBPS, but I get  only 400 MBPS. Please advise.

T25 support up to 949Mbps speed with Xfinity and that has been mentioned on Xfinity official site, please do check on the below link for the confirmation.
