surfboard central app network refresh problem

Hi every time I try to refresh the network on the app it just shows me the fing advertisement and then I press later and it doesn't do anything.

Hello Sendo427,

For cable modems Surf Board Central App is not mandatory . Also please note for T25 Surf Board Central App doesn’t support.
