Spent many hours on line/ on phone with Optimum trying to get a T25 xFinity working.
Can anyone provide me with the correct reference/ firmware etc…..to I can get the Optimum (NY)
tech team updated ? From other posts it seems this should work.
Modem gets “Activated” by Optimum, goes through 3 cycles of reset (updates).
At that point the LED indicates it is ON LINE…..however no connection is made to my computer or router.
T25 Model # 613587-003-00 ( has a HFC MAC & MTA MAC #s, no CMAC like the old modem)
All help and advice, appreciated.
