New T25 connected a week or so ago lost internet connection then when reset only 1 of the 32 channels now working so can only connect 1 device at a time even with router.

You should have more than 1 channel connected. Contact your ISP.
Usually it does this when it isn’t activated into their system. It connects 1 channel for the initial provisioning and setup.
It was activated, worked for a week, then yesterday connection went down. Got back on but then went down again and now won't let more that 1 channel work so won't let our router and switch work. Cannot log directly into modem any more.
The single computer we left plugged into modem while testing had error modem that bridge stuck
