Just activated my t25, but the ethernet ports are not working. Did I miss a step?

something to keep in mind with it is that the t25 has 2x ethernet ports. but only 1 device can be connected to it because most ISP’s limit users to 1 public ip address.
So it needs go to t25---port 1--->router---->devices.
Is that how you have it setup?
Just make sure only 1 device is connected.
