I tried to register my T25, was told the serial # doesn't match model. Never had this happen before. Any help appreciated.

Please just confirm whether the serial number mentioned on the modem label is same as in the box or on the modem GUI. If still you couldn’t register the device please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport
