I am unable to see my newly setup T25 modem to change the network name and password on the xfinity app

T25 is just a cable modem like plug and play device and it doesn't have inbuilt Wi-Fi on it so to access Wi-Fi you need to connect separate router to the modem LAN port and the Wi-Fi credentials will be mentioned on the modem label itself.
