I am trying to get in to my gateway the PW I have is 131821023262 I am trying to log in with the name admin

To login to your modem interface or GUI you will be having respective login credentials according to your modem model so to assist you better could you please help us with your modem model number. For most of the Arris gateway the login credentials will be username: admin and password: password in lowercase.
