So about once a day now out SB8200 modem loses all lights on the front, not even the power light is on. We unplug and plug it back into the wall outlet and it refreshes, but sometimes only for a few hours, sometimes for a day.
We did do a full reset 2 days ago to see if that would fix the issues, but it is still losing all 4 lights in the front. Though the network cable lights in the back are still on.
Any thoughts on what is going on with this unit?

Since you are experiencing with intermittent internet connection, I would suggest checking the cable signals to make sure all in range.
Also, please let us know whether the intermittent internet connection is through direct connection or while connecting with router.
