Using the SurfBoard app, I can see my G36 network and some of the devices connected to the gateway.  In the top information bar it reports “Access to your Network is currently unavailable”.  This remains after reloading the app and cycling the power on the gateway.  I can log into the gateway with a browser.  There, I can see all the devices connected.

How can I make the app work properly?

Make sure that the phone with the Surfboard Central app is connected to the G36 network. The app requires this connection to sync properly. If the app still displays the message "Access to your Network is currently unavailable," try force closing the app and reopening it.

Also, make sure the phone's software is up to date and the app is up to date .
