Hello experts

last couple of days I have tried to get PlayStation remote play to work outside of WiFi.

have been forwarding a lot of ports with no luck.

i did also try to DMZ PS5, with no luck.

I have only the router connected and gets NAT3, can’t get a lower NAT.

I don’t know much about this, hoping someone know what to do.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for the same but to help you with the general information,

Play station can work only when the device is connected to modem WIFI network out of WIFI making the play station working is not possible and the port forwarding can be possible only when the device is connected to modem WIFI. Just try restarting modem and the PlayStation and setup port forwarding once the device is connected to modem WIFI.

PlayStation   Console TCP Ports 80  443  5223  UDP Ports   3478    3479    3658 you can use the port number to do port forwarding for the PlayStation. Additional ports may be required for the game, please check with the manufacturer for specific ports.
