Registration Issue G54

When I tried to register G54 surfboard websites sees as G36 and post as it has been a used G36. How can I correct this is a brand new G54 and register properly?

To ensure the G54 registration please follow the steps below:

Access arris.com/consumersupport Click on “Call”  and select the option check your warranty.

This will lead to the page where you can enter the model number and validate the model and serial number. so enter the G54 and serial number and submit.

It will show you the appropriate information on the same.

If you have more queries, please check on the same page the contact number will be mentioned.
