hi there surfboard people, my Arris svg2482ac is working, but, the battery backup is not. I’m told not to invest in another battery. The prior battery replacement purchase was a dud, with no returns allowed, thanks Amazon. I’m looking for a replacement router (Arris or non-Arris) that has the same features, telephone jack, battery backup, compatible with Xfinity. Can ya help me? TIA

I apologize, but Arris only offers this model (SVG2482-AC) that includes telephone support with battery backup.
