Recently, this week. I haven't played games, everytime I open it says no internet connection, but when I open social media apps, its valid!

I can access social media apps like youtube,facebook,instragram,etc. but i cannot play online games.

As you are able to connect to the social media apps but not the games. Could you be more specific are you referring to the games that you play on the computer/mobile or the gaming device?
