To change the WIFI name and password you need to login to the modem interface and please follow the steps mentioned on the below link to configure the WIFI settings and if you perform hard reset on the modem it will go to the default settings and you can connect to the modem WIFI using the default WIFI credentials mentioned on the modem label.
