Wher I can finded password to WIFI in   SB 6190

The SB6190 is a modem only device. it doesn’t have ANY wifi as its not a router. 

What router do you have connected to it.

What router do you have connected to it. 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
