how to temporarily turn off 5.0 so I can add Arlo camera. Then turn 5.0 back on

SB8200 is the cable modem hence there is no Wi-Fi inbuilt in it. 

To turn on and off the 5.0, reach out your router’s manufacturer for further assistance.
