Slow speed internet on SB8200

Forum|alt.badge.img

I am connected with Cox 500MB service.

My SB8200 will finally connect to Cox but it seems to take too long.

Connection speeds match my service plan but I do have some unexplained drops in connection.

The Upstream and Downstream lights are Blue

The Power light is White and the Online light are White

No flashing lights, all solid blue or white.

What should I do to get all lights Green?

Maybe they’re appearing wrong as they’re either green/blue.

Is it performing poorly? If so, log in and get a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs. Post those back here. That lets us take a look at your line quality.

Don’t be concerned if they look white, it’s a bleedthrough and ambient light issue.
