What are you actually trying to do?

I received a notice while on a Zoom call that I had low bandwith, so I didn’t know how to address the issue.

what speeds do you pay for?

Were you using zoom over wifi?

If so, were you connected to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

How far from the router were you?

Zoom is more sensitive to slow downs/latency issues. So if you’re using wireless, if you’re to far away it can cause issues. If you’re connecting to 2.4ghz, (which is slower and sensitive to interference) it can also cause issues.

I am 12 to 14 feet from my router and I am wireless. I am connected at 2.4ghz.

Connect to the 5ghz.

2.4ghz suffers from a lot interference and is a slow network.

About all you can try is switching what 2.4ghz channel you’re on to see if it helps on the router side.

Your laptop, you could look at upgrading the wireless card to something that supports 5ghz. Whether thats switching out the wireless card it in or using a simple usb wireless card.
