Where can you find the firmware ? I am at AB01.01.009.51_080720_183.0A.NSH and I know there has been a newer firmware out there. Can my ISP update the firmware on my owned modem? Can you SSH into it to upload it?

Modems don’t have user changeable firmware. Its part of the provisioning from the ISP. Nothing you can change or do. You can ask them for newer firmware but they’ll tell you they can’t or “arris needs to do it” just to get you off the phone.
