Internet dropping out frequently

My SB6141 seems to be acting up, though all lights indicate no issues. I’ve had issues with internet dropping out frequently for brief periods throughout the day over the past few weeks. I thought is was an issue with my Google Wifi routers, so I replaced them with Eero. But the problem persists. Could this be a firmware issue? Any solves beyond frequent power cycling and prayers for a tenable work from home experience? There are no indications of issues with the router, it is not running hot and speeds (when it is working) remain consistent. Thanks!

You can check your coax line. Log into the modem (192.168.100.1). that’ll let you view its upstream/downstream info and its event logs. Post them back here and we can help see if its a line issue.
