I have forgotten my username and password to access my router. I need access to the router. I have tried to reset it on the back of the modem to default. No luck

When you pushed reset, did you hold it while its powered on for up to 30 seconds?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
