SURFboard Central iOS app - I can't log in

I’m able to login to the admin portal of my S33 using a browser but having trouble using SURFboard Central app.

On the WELCOME page, I’ve entered my Email ID, agreed to terms and conditions, and when I tap SIGN IN under “Already Registered?”, I’m brought back to the first WELCOME page that asks, “Please enter your email address to access your account”.  I enter my Email ID and tap “SIGN IN” and it takes me to the WELCOME page again to create my account or sign in if already registered.

I’m on an endless loop.
