This is something I’ve noticed recently, but during a zoom, video stream or even playing video games there is a bit of a blip that reconnects 10-15 seconds later.
This is paired with an Asus Orbi RBR850.
Something very interesting to note… every 10 minutes (exact), the led light on the modem switches from green to blue and vice versa. Looking at the user guide the modem is switching docsis mode? Why is that?
I’ve reached out to Xfinity for assistance, but I’ve already attempted to rest both appliances with no avail.
