s33 internet constantly cutting out

I have a brand new s33 the internet constantly disconnects every few minutes very briefly. I have cox communications cable internet. After speaking with their tech support they said they sent a signal to the modem and restarted it but the problem persists and they stated everything seems fine from their end. I have tried multiple routers with the same persisting problem. Does anyone know what could be the problem thanks

Hello roninjg,

We believe that S33 constantly keeps dropping every few minutes , also you had contacted  cox communications and they had confirmed all signals are good from their side.

Basically S33 is a cable modem to trouble shoot on the intermittent connection , please follow these steps: 

Do a Factory Reset , and check cable signal levels and share the screenshot on the same . So we can let you know if the cable signal levels are on accepted values.
