I had a problem with cable system which Xfinity fixed by running a new line.  Once activated, my modem connected to the internet but I’m unable to sign in to the modem.  I reset to factory default but it will not accept the default user id and password which came with modem (Admin / password).  I need to access in order to reset my home network.  I’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact anyone with Arris support for assistance or warranty.  I need the modem for work ASAP so will be forced to purchase a new modem (which wiill not be this company brand) unless I can get help immediately.

did you try the last 8 of the serial number for the password?

the password is case sensitive so keep that in mind. 

You have the S33. What are you needinf to access it for?

Also you put you need help immediately. You’d be better off using the chat function or calling them through support versus using the community support forum then.

I’ve tried the last 8 digits of password with no success.  Have been unable to contact support.  I’ll try support again. If the router is working properly, I should be able to access it.  Thanks.
