I am unable to log into the G36. The documentation shows “Enter new password”, but the screen does not display the same information that “ANA” brings up. The login shows EMAIL and PASSWORD, but I have not yet entered an email nor created a password and have never utilized nor have access to the Home Network Wizard

G36 has been configured in such a way to make the modem interface more secured so you need to follow the steps which is mention on the article or user guide, you can check on the link below to follow the steps

You can also try using Surfboard central app for setting your modem and through the application you can also login to the interface. To setup app you can follow the steps mentioned on the link below.
