I am having trouble connecting my older version ipad to modem.

@vickih Try lowering the Wi-Fi Security in the G36 to WPA2.   Here’s a FAQ that show’s you how to do it.

Can you provide some details? Is this the only device that is having an issue? I assume you are actually connecting to WiFi. Can you see the correct network (SSID) on the phone? Is it the password step that is failing?

Yes, it is the only device I am having trouble with connecting to wifi.  Yes, it is the password step.

Any chance the iPad has an old password saved? Are you able to manually enter and view before hitting submit? I’ve sometimes had challenges when Samsung saves one copy and Google saves another and I don’t have them synched. Otherwise, I’m not sure where to look.

No there is not.  Yes I have manually tried to enter the new WiFi password, but no luck.  Thank you for your help.
