I’ve tried to register my new modem -rouder with no success . G36. I did the scan qr code part and when i get to the part where you put in the letters and numbers it fails to accept any .

If your surfboard central app doesn't allow you to register modem by scanning the QR code you can try entering the credentials manully or you can also try on surfboard.com to register your modem using the modem model and serial number.
