my email address I used to create my Arris logon will be deleted soon, so I need to change the email address associated with Arris G34 to something new. I am told I will have to reset my G34 back to factory settings. Restore Factory Settings ? will this reset where I have to reset my password? If now how? And once I do the reset, will I have to have Spectrum my ISP be notified again? Any other issues I will have to worry about?

Yes resetting modem will fix this issue. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. Before resetting uninstall the app and re install the app again after modem reboots completely then setup using new email and password to setup surfboard central app. No need to contact your service provider to reactivate modem because resetting modem will not affect the activation.
