unable to access Surfboard Central app on G34

I have a pixel pro 7 and can not connect on it to my wifi.  Is there a newer version of this application?  I downloaded from google store.

Are you able to connect your phone to your modem Wi-Fi network because only after connecting to the modem Wi-Fi you can setup the surfboard central app.
