We were having problems with our G36 locking up. After numerous times of it locking up I unplugged the unit to let it reset. After turning the power on all it does it blink blue rapidly. I pushed the reset button and nothing has changed. Can you instruct me on what to do to fix the problem?

In this case you to isolate the issue further could you please help us with few more details
Do you have still modem connected to power and coax and the LED on the modem blinking blue?
Any device connected to modem wifi network?
Are you able to access modem GUI or surfboard central app?
