I need a replacement.  And I’m stuck in a circle trying to find online help on this site.

If the modem front LED is solid amber try performing hard reset on the modem and also try accessing modem GUI or web interface to check the WAN IP address If still the modem LED is orange you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if your modem is in warranty.
