Hello,
Ever since hooking up this modem, my download and latency are very slow on my Mac. My Download is around 53 and my latency is at 41. The screen also freezes frequently during ZOOM meetings.

In this case to assist you further could you please help us with few details
what is your current speed plan and who is your internet service provider?
Is this happening on the device connected to Wi-Fi or even with direct connection?
If this is on Wi-Fi is this on both the Wi-Fi network 2.4 and 5g as well or any one?
