My g36 typically runs well with no issues. I have recently been issued a hp 840 g10 laptop for work. I have Xfinity gig speed. The hp laptop is the only device running slow at about 30mbps and the speed is the same hardwired or on wifi for both the 5 and the 2.5 network. When I go to the office I get over 400mbps. I have done all the normal trouble shooting but can't seem to find a way to make the connection faster. When I plug the same ethernet cable into my ps5 I get over 500mbps. Please help?

In this case you have mentioned clearly that the issue is happening only on the particular device but all the other devices connected to your home network or to the modem directly are working fine with better speed so to isolate the issue we would suggest you to give a try on different laptop if possible or you can also try changing the wifi channel for better performance by following the steps mentioned on the below article.

After changing wifi channel as recommended on the link restart the modem then we would request you to monitor the connection for next 24hrs.
