I have set up my Arris G34 modem.  The 5G is working perfectly fine on my phone and laptop.  My Amazon link cameras Sync Module needs to access the 2.4Ghz to operate, but doesn’t recognize the password.  Can I establish a separate password for the 2.4?  If so, how?

Thanks,

Lisa

Yes, you can change the Wi-Fi password on the modem GUI by following the steps mentioned on the below article if you want to change it on the GUI page.

If you have the surfboard central app you can do it on the app itself.
