I have several devices connected to my new g36 modem/router . my windows and generis devices are fine. My multiple ubuntu devices wont stay connected to the internet. My ubuntu devices are my most used devices. If I cant get reliable wifi to those devices this unit is oing back to amazon. Cat 5 connections are great. But wifi with ubuntu devices sucks. If I cant solve this problem by monday 10/29 this unit will be returned. I have no time to waste fixing your software issues. No help so far and you havevbterrible support system. I regret my purchase

In this case could you please help us with few more details to work on this case. Are you using 2.4 or 5G network to connect the devices to the modem Wi-Fi network?

Sorry for my snotty first post. I was a little frustrated as I have had multiple issues connect my new router. I was using 2.4 g. I found that if I turned off the rotating channel feature the issue resolved itself. No disconnect problems since. I guess my laptop is too old to handle that feature.
