My G34 the wireless connection works perfectly but my ethernet ports don't work at all.
I've tried getting new cables, restarting the router, resetting it . Nothing helped

Could you please let us know if there were any lights on the Ethernet port when the ports were connected?
Please try accessing the web interface by using http://192.168.0.1 on the any device connected via Wi-Fi.
After logging in, go to Gateway > Hardware > Ethernet. There, you’ll find an option to toggle the port by disabling it and then enabling it again.
Then, I would suggest you to check if the ethernet connection works.
If still persists then I would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. This will restore the gateway to its default settings.
