The TV is not connected to the router and doesn’t connect wirelessly.

Could you let me know, except for TV, all other devices connected with the wifi network?

Which network, 2.4g or 5g, are you trying to connect with the TV?

I request you to change the security mode on 2.4G by login to GUI web portal, which is 192.168.0.1

  • The username field has been populated by an admin; enter the custom password in the password field.
  • After entering the password, click the login button.  The Gateway > Summary page will appear.
  • On the left-hand menu, click the Connection link, then click the Wi-Fi link.
  • Click networks. You can locate the option to edit the 2.4g network.
  • Select edit" to check the security mode as wpawpa2-psk (TKIP/AES) is recommended.

It says WiFi detected, internet failed, local failed. I talked to Sony and they said it’s an internet problem. The internet company says it’s the router. And the router company has no hours today.
