I recently returned an item that was under warranty, for an exchange of a new item. I chose the option that would have Arris ship the item immediately, and they would put a credit hold on my card while they awaited shipment of the defective item.

I returned the defective item immediately, and have shipping confirmation from UPS that it was delivered to their returns address. The delivery of the return took place well before the held charge would go through on my card, and yet I was still charged for this.

I am unable to activate live chat for some reason, and the phone service is currently after hours. Has anyone else experienced this and/or how was could this be resolved?
