Rebooted, reset, and still orange. Tried direct connection via lab and the IP won't resolve for me to further troubleshoot. Suggestions? Need it back up ASAP as I work from home.

We recommend trying a different power cord and plugging the gateway into a different outlet.
If the LED light remains solid orange, please check whether the Wi-Fi networks are being broadcast.
