I purchased the 8300 from an online marketplace. The seller seems to have setup the login credentials which I don’t have access to. How do I go about setting up a new user id and password on the App so I can access the router settings?

In this case since there is no option to change the login credentials or forgot login credentials option on the app or on the interface so the only option is to perform hard reset on the modem then connect the devices to the modem default WIFI network which is mentioned on modem label and the download the surfboard central app from the app store or play store and proceed with the setup.
