I have a wifi system based on an Arris SBG8300. My Open Sprinkler (running a Raspberry Pi, I think) has a controller that connects to the routher encode to use a url of 192.168.4.1 It fails to connect. (times out). I presume this is a setting on the rother that rejects addresses like this. Suggestins?

When connecting the sprinkler, ensure it is connected to the 2.4GHz network. To access the interface of the SBG8300, use the default gateway address: http://192.168.0.1
