First of all I can not get the App to work what so ever so I was trying to log into the Web Manager to change network name and password. I am able to connect to the Wi-fi with the default network name and password but want to change it. When I try to log in Web Manager, I use the username: admin and the password that is the default password on the sticker. I also just tried the work password as my password since that is what it says in the little book that came with it. Every time I get invalid login credentials. What am I missing here?

During the initial setup of the SBG8300, you’ll be prompted to create a password for accessing the web interface.
If you recall setting a password, you may try using it. If not, it’s possible the interface has already been configured.
In this case, we recommend performing a factory reset on the device. This will restore the gateway to its default settings and allow you to set a new password for the web interface.

After setting up the web interface, you can proceed to configure the app by selecting the option “Device is already set up with web interface.” This method will prompt you to enter the login credentials you created for the web interface.
