When I access the Modem http://192.168.100.1/ I do not get a Login screen. (It’s not that I don’t know the Login info.. I don’t get an actual User/Password screen.)
I’ve power cycled.
I’ve done the paperclip reset.
I’ve tried all browsers.

I had the same problem. Decided that the modem was more trouble than it was worth especially with its troubled past, so I was able to return it to the store for something else.
+41What happens if you disconnect the router from the modem (reboot the modem with nothing connected) and direct connect your pc to it?
