I have been trying since yesterday to change my network password. All my attempt to access the 192.168... login has failed. I have rest my modem countless times without any luck. I keep getting invalid password when I used admin as user name and password as pw. Can anyone help?

+41Did you reset the device? Otherwise, when you set it up, you’ll have changed the password.
I reset the password when it was first set up. I have the password but it's not taking it. I was told to rest the modem to default which I have done countless times in the last 24 hours or so. It's not taking both the default info or just admin/password credentials so I can log in and update the password.

the last 8 of the serial number
