s33 is blinking Green /No Internet

The light is blinking green, but it’s not working

Hello lvernon,

 

If S33 is blinking green make sure that cable signal levels are on acceptable range .

Do share the values of Downstream and Upstream Channels 

i.e  the lowest and highest value of power levels /snr / number of channels in Downstream and power levels /number of channels  in Upstream 

Note: Check if co-axial cable is connected tightly and activated the modem with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

when its blinking its searching for an upstream/downstream signal. did you activate it through your isp? 

did you check the coax or contact the isp?
