Hi,
Im trying to block a device in managed devices but the add blocked device does not show up. here is a sceen shot of my options. can you guide me on how to add a blocked device?

Add block devices option is not seen on the interface even after enabling the Manage device option and Allow all for access type so we would suggest you to first check the connected device list on the same GUI and if you don't find any devices under connected device list make sure the devices are connected to modem WIFI network. Please try on different web browser and check for the option and also check whether you see any error message on the screen.
