Intermittent internet connection on SB8200

I have same thing happening with SB8200, like every week or month it would drop down to 30mbps and power cycling the modem is the only way to fix it, I am in Phoenix.

In this case could you please help us with your  current speed plan and also we need to check for the modem cable signal level to isolate the issue.
